This time, the van was carrying a substantial amount of oil, which even more alarmingly, meant that the van’s weight exceeded the legal limit by a staggering 52.3%. This revelation not only exposed the driver’s serious amount of negligence for the second time, but also shed light on the risks associated with overloading vehicles.
